Code of Conduct

RaGrow strives to do business with honest and committed its partners who treat their employees with dignity and respect, adhere to applicable laws and regulations, and manage their production in an environmentally sustainable manner. RaGrow expects all of its partners to adhere to similar good working standards and business ethics.
Human Rights
Partners shall respect the personal dignity, privacy and rights of each individual. Refuse to employ or make anyone work against his or her will. Prohibit behaviour including gestures, language and physical contact, that is sexual, coercive, threatening, abusive or exploitative behaviour.
Working environment
Partners shall offer a safe working environment for all employees. Adequate health and safety procedures shall be implemented. As a minimum, partners shall comply with all local and national health and safety legislation.
Freedom of association
Partners shall respect the rights of employees to freely associate and bargain collectively.
Forced labour
Partners shall not accept any form of forced labour such as bonded labour, prison labour, slavery, human trafficking or retention of important personal documents of employees.
Fair Labor Conditions and Child Labor
Partners shall ensure fair labor conditions. In particular, it will refrain from employment discrimination based on gender, color, ethnicity, religion, disability, union membership, political affiliation or sexual orientation and furthermore comply with all applicable laws on employment discrimination. Partners shall not tolerate or use child labor in any stage of its general activities other than in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Working hours
Partners shall comply with all applicable local and national standards on working hours and overtime
Partners shall comply at least with local and international legal minimum standards concerning wages and benefits including compensation for overtime. The size of wages shall enable workers to meet basic needs and shall be paid on time.
Business Continuity Planning
Partners shall maintain policies to mitigate exposures to terrorism, crime, business threats, pandemics, natural disasters and related major accident exposures.
Business Ethics
Partners shall conduct their business in an ethical manner in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations. In particular, refrain from any forms of extortion and bribery, adhere to anti-trust and other competition laws, e.g. not participating in price fixing or bid-rigging. Partners shall protect all confidential information provided by RaGrow and its respective business partners.
Environmental Responsibility
Partners shall be committed to environmental protection and to conduct its business in an environmentally sensitive way through responsible management, widespread environmental awareness and the use of technologies with low environmental impact.
